Yes. Through our relationship with Bertin Engineering, we can coordinate drawings and engineering directly.

Yes. Contact us to discuss the project and arrange an initial evaluation. Some projects may need design or preconstruction work before final pricing can be completed.

Yes. MAE focuses mainly on residential construction but also takes on selected commercial renovations, build-outs, and construction projects.

We are not trying to win every job on price or speed. Much of our work comes from referrals, and we would rather earn the next project than cut corners on this one.

Yes. MAE Construction is licensed and insured to work in New Jersey.

It depends on the scope, existing conditions, selections, permits, and inspections. After we review the project, we will give you a realistic anticipated schedule.

MAE prepares and submits required permit applications and coordinates the process. Permit fees are paid by the property owner unless the construction agreement says otherwise.

That depends on the project. We will discuss access, utilities, dust control, safety, and the effect on the household before work begins.

Any change that affects the scope, cost, or schedule should be documented and approved through a written change order before the additional work moves forward.
