At MAE Construction, we know great projects start with great people.
We work with clients and partners who value communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We are not trying to be the cheapest option or the fastest crew you can find. What we want is consistent quality, relationships that last past the final walkthrough, and a job site where everyone wants to be.

Our Team
Michael Esposito, Co-Owner
Michael grew up around construction and learned the business from the ground up, from the first estimate through the final walkthrough. He built MAE largely through referrals from clients who called again for the next project or sent friends and neighbors his way.
Michael is also CEO of Bertin Engineering in Glen Rock, New Jersey. That relationship gives MAE direct access to design and engineering support. Born and raised in Randolph, Michael still lives and works in the communities he grew up around. Morris County is more than a service area to him. It is home.
Brian Edwards, Co-Owner
Brian was also born and raised in Randolph. His experience includes solar installation, roofing, restoration, home services, and construction. That background gives him a broad understanding of how a home works, from the roof and exterior systems to the structure and finished living space.
His approach is built around clear professional communication, consistent work, and leaving clients with results they do not have to worry about later.
